Holiday Shipping Policy & Delays

The holiday season is an exciting but busy time at Nature Climbing, and we want to ensure you’re informed about potential shipping delays. Due to overwhelming demand during Black Week and the holiday shopping period, we’re experiencing some delays in processing and shipping.

Our team is working tirelessly—almost 24/7—to finish and ship your products. However, some delays are inevitable, especially for Stone Hanger orders. All our products are handmade and hand-finished, which means extra care is taken, even during this hectic period.

Shipping Timelines by Order Type

Stone Hanger Orders

  • Placed After December 3rd:
    Unfortunately, orders placed after this date are unlikely to arrive before Christmas. These may be shipped late in week 51 (the week before Christmas), but delivery by December 24th cannot be guaranteed.
  • Placed Before December 3rd:
    These will be shipped during weeks 50 and 51 and are expected to arrive before December 24th.

Orders Without a Stone Hanger

  • Placed Before December 9th:
    Orders will be shipped during weeks 50 and 51 and should arrive before December 24th.

Orders Outside the EU

For orders shipping to countries outside the EU, please note that delivery times are often extended due to customs and shipping delays during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 3rd.
