Duties and taxes included
All duties, taxes and import fees are paid in advance. The price you see at checkout is the final price, with no extra charges on delivery.
How we ship
- Europe and the rest of the world: shipped from our workshop in Aarhus, Denmark, with UPS. In Denmark you can also choose dao.
- United States and Canada: shipped from our US warehouse. Choose between Standard (3–5 business days), Expedited or Express at checkout.
- Engraved and custom items are made by hand and always ship from Denmark.
- Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a working day ship the next working day.
- Every order comes with a tracking link by email.
Returns
- You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
- Once we've received and approved your return, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- To start a return, email support@natureclimbing.com with your order number.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@natureclimbing.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, including shipping.
