What is the minimum order?
Wholesale orders start at 500 EUR. For large hold orders or custom products we make you a tailored offer.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes — we ship B2B orders worldwide. Outside the EU you don't need a VAT number; just add your company registration number if you have one.
How do I see my prices?
Once approved, log in with your work email. You get a one-time code — no password — and every product shows your wholesale price.
How does payment work?
Your first order is paid up front. After that you can order on Net 15 terms and pay by bank transfer against the PDF invoice.
Do you charge VAT?
EU businesses outside Denmark with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). Danish businesses pay Danish VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU are invoiced without VAT; local import duties and taxes may apply in your country.
Can we order custom or engraved products?
Yes — engraved Stone Hangers and brushes, staff gifts, competition prizes and co-branded merchandise. Mention it in your application or send us a message below.
