Social Media & Community (Part-time)
Nature Climbing is a fast-growing European, premium climbing brand creating high-end, sustainably produced gear for climbers who care about performance, skin, design, and nature (in reverse order).
We’re climbers ourselves, we design and produce in Denmark, and we work closely with athletes, creators, and our community worldwide.
Now we’re looking for a Social Media & Community person to join our marketing team and help shape how Nature Climbing lives and breathes online.
This is a part-time role (15–25h/week) with big potential to grow into a full-time position within ~12 months as the company continues to grow.

The role
This role is still being shaped - and that’s part of the opportunity.
You’ll take primary ownership of our social media presence and help translate our brand, products, and values into engaging, honest, beautiful content.
Your core focus will be:

Social media strategy, creation, scheduling, and community replies

Storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and potentially YouTube

Turning moments, people, products, and trips into stories that matter
You’ll work closely with:

Founders / owners

Photographers, athletes, and creators
You’ll have real responsibility, real freedom, and real influence.
What you’ll be doing

Owning and developing Nature Climbing’s social media presence
-
Creating mobile-first content (video + static)
-
Spotting stories, trends, and moments worth sharing

Translating brand, design, and values into daily content
-
Engaging with the community: replies, DMs, conversations
-
Collaborating on campaigns, launches, trips, and events

Bringing ideas from concept → execution independently
We’re looking for someone who
-
Works primarily with social media (strategy + execution)
-
Can take full ownership of storytelling on social platforms
-
Is interested in content creation, branding, art direction
-
Can independently come up with ideas - and actually execute them
-
Has a basic but solid understanding of marketing
-
Is strong in mobile-first creation tools
(CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.) -
Has a keen eye for aesthetics and design

Is bold enough to present ideas and opinions

Has a natural feel for stories, people, and moments
You will be the primary person responsible for our social media and PR presence.
Very important: climbing matters
You don’t need to be a pro — but you do need to care.
You should be a climber or genuinely interested in climbing, know who Ondra and Raboutou are, know where Ticino is and what we mean by 8B and Karma. You follow climbing or outdoor brands, athletes, and content trends. You are at least an outdoorsy person, who understands passion sports and nature. If climbing content excites you - you’ll thrive here.
