The granite edge is beautiful to lift from. Great friction and surprisingly gentle on the skin. The adjustable angle on the strap for the incut is genius, although just make sure it is fully seated correctly each time you lift, it can pop out easily when at max pull weight. Highly highly recommended product, the wooden side is lovely too but I do prefer the granite.
I love simple things. Especially when you don't need more. A 15mm stone edge and a pinch, that's all you need to warm up. That’s why I love the small Stone Hanger! What I don't need and don't want is to be able to position the rope in a thousand different ways to create different angles. This makes total sense with the big Stone Hanger, but here it only disturbs - and ruins the simplicity. I therefore drilled two holes to be able to use the hangboard really easily. No rope adjustment needed anymore. Simple switching between different angles by tipping back and forth. Now it‘s perfect in my eyes. Hope NC will produce it that way next time.
I like the small compact design and the rock provides a tight secure grip for lifts.

I really like the stone edge. the whole piece feels very solid and the Karma8a collab ads a nice feature! only thing i recon is that the painted eyes from the karma logo will disappear where you hold..

The granite edge insert is beautifully crafted, just the right level of friction. The adjustable levels of incut is a genius idea, although make sure the rope is seated correctly as you lift and lift smoothly so it doesnt pop out, great for making you lift with good technique, rehab and prepping for rock. Highly recommended.
