All orders above 149€ are legible to get free shipping all around the world! On orders below 149€, we calculate the shipping prices dynamically based on the weight of the package. Go to checkout and shipping, input your desired delivery address and see the calculated delivery costs above the total price.
Yes, of course! Once your order has been processed, we'll email you a shipping numer. You can then track your package through UPS until it arrives on your door step.

Returns
All purchases made on natureclimbing.com have a xx-day return period. You can return your products for any reason and for free within this time period. If it's been more than xx days, please contact us before returning your order.
As soon as your return has arrived, one of our team members will process it. We'll email your when the refund is issued according to your payment method. Depending on your banks policies, it may take a couple of days until the money is back on your account.
