Nature Climbing is a fast-growing European climbing brand, designing and producing high-end gear from our workshop in Aarhus. We recently moved to the new HQ.
We're climbers ourselves. We care deeply about every product we make — from the first grind to the final finish.
We're looking for someone to join the production team and become part of how it all gets made.
What you'll be doing
+ Working hands-on with our machines and materials — grinding, sanding, finishing, assembling.
+ Taking ownership of your part of the process and caring about the outcome.
+ Learning how we work, and over time, making that process better.
To thrive in this role, we imagine you
+ Are a climber — or at least someone who genuinely gets why it matters.
+ Enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail.
+ Can work independently without losing the thread, and contribute in a team without waiting to be told what to do.
+ Have no problem getting your hands dirty — literally.
Prior workshop experience isn't required. The right attitude is. Surprise us — we care more about energy, curiosity, and taste than a perfect CV.
Practical
30 hours/week, daytime. Based at our Aarhus workshop. Flexible up or down depending on your situation.
