How did you get started in the world of climbing?

The first time I tried climbing was back in 2019, with my older brother at Boulders Aarhus Nord, and from the very first move, I was hooked. Climbing felt like this incredible blend of problem-solving, technique, and sheer strength that lit something up in me. There was no turning back after that.

At the time, I was heavily into competitive orienteering, training around 30 hours a week. But within just three months, everything shifted. Running was replaced by climbing, and soon, I was spending 30 hours a week at the climbing gym. What made it even better? The social side of it. Training became something I could share, working through routes with friends who were just as passionate.

Looking back, I'd say that my friends are one of my biggest motivators - they keep me pushing forward. From that moment on, my goal was set: to become the best.

What climbing goals are you striving for now?

A lifelong dream of mine is to send the 8C version of Big Island in Fontainebleau. It's still a far-off goal, and the style isn't exactly my strong suit, but it doesn't feel out of reach. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't - but that mystery keeps me motivated.

Another route that calls to me is Hourglass, an 8B in Västervik, Sweden. It's not just the style that draws me in; it's the bold, raw beauty of the line. That first big, risky move to a sharp crimp, then transitioning into edgy slopers and ledge compression - it's just mesmerizing. And there's Namaste, an 8A+ also in Västervik, which is high on my list.

While I'm excited to throw everything I have into these routes, the real goal is something bigger: to become the absolute best version of myself as a climber.

What drew you to our brand?

I've always been drawn to everything about NatureClimbing - the vibe, the community, the gear, and especially the people who bring it all together. There's a unique respect and authenticity surrounding the brand that just resonates with me. The people involved, from the creators to the climbers who support it, all share this mutual respect that feels rare and real. It's not just a brand; it's a community that truly lives and breathes climbing.

What's your favourite NatureClimbing piece of gear?

Words can't express my love for the Raw Granite holds. The feeling of outdoor climbing indoors. No one does it better.

Where can we find you?

Anywhere there are big rocks or plastic on the walls. But especially in any of the Boulder gyms in Aarhus or Aarhus Klatreklub.

Side note! I have a tick list on my body: tattoos of boulders, coordinates and so on!
